Description
Develop, implement, and measure sales and marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal team to define sales and marketing objectives and create comprehensive strategies to achieve them. This includes identifying target markets, analysing competition, and setting sales targets.

  • Manage sales team (internal and external): lead and motivate sales/marketing team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth within profitability targets. Provide guidance and support to the sales team members, including training, coaching and performance evaluations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities: conduct market research to identify potential new customers, market trends and emerging opportunities. Proactively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships: establish strong relationships with key customers and other stake holders. Understand customer needs and provide excellent customer service ensuring continued high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and materials: create and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote products. This includes developing marketing collateral, website content, social media campaigns, and attending trade shows and industry events.
  • Monitor and analyse sales and marketing performance. Track sales and marketing metrics and analyse data to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Identify areas of improvement and make data driven recommendations to optimise sales and marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities. Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics. Use this information to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
