    Job Summary:

    Assist coordinators in managing work orders, ensuring timely completion and communication with suppliers and contractors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Work Order Management
      • Review and accept work orders after approval, checking for completeness and accuracy.
    2. Supplier/Contractor Assignment
      • Assign and communicate work orders to suppliers/contractors, providing clear instructions and deadlines.
    3. Communication & Follow-ups
      • Record and manage responses from suppliers and contractors, documenting all interactions and updates.
      • Monitor emails and ensure timely closure of work orders.
      • Assist with invoicing and guide stores on work order closure.
    4. Quotations & Approvals
      • Track quotations and ensure timely approval of pending requests.
    5. PO & Work Progress Monitoring
      • Confirm receipt and estimated time of arrival (ETA) for contractors.
      • Verify completion of work and confirm work order closure.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Able to handle pressure and urgent matters efficiently.
    • Proficient in email and work order systems.
    • Strong team player with a customer-first mindset.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in work orders and follow-ups.
