    Description

    Partner Relations Manager Position

    We are seeking a skilled and driven Partner Relations Manager to foster and maintain strong relationships with our Partners. This role involves developing strategies to grow and leverage partnerships that enhance the company's product offerings and market presence.


    Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement Partner retention strategies aligned with the Company's overall strategy to boost loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
    • Serve as the primary contact for Partners, nurturing relationships through personalized support and timely communication.
    • Monitor Partners' satisfaction levels, gather relevant feedback, and utilize insights to improve experiences and tailor initiatives accordingly.
    • Analyze Partners' behavior to identify opportunities for upselling and customization of products and services.
    • Stay informed about the Company's products and marketing promotions, effectively communicating them to Partners.
    • Promote ideas and suggestions for platform improvements to the Business Development teams.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in Partner retention, continuously seeking ways to enhance the Company's retention efforts.
    • Perform any other relevant tasks assigned.
    Main Requirements:
    • Degree in a business-related field.
    • Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Target-oriented and resourceful.
    • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
