Job Title: Head of Marketing

A leading workforce solutions company, driven to grow people, businesses and economies through connections that allow them to realize their potential has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing.

As a strategic business partner, you will ensure that marketing plans are aligned to business requirements, positioning the brands within the Adcorp Group as industry leaders across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Equivalent: A marketing degree is essential for this role.
Post Graduate Qualification in Marketing (Advantageous): A postgraduate degree or diploma in marketing can be beneficial.
5 Years in a Similar Role: You should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position within an organization of similar size.
Proven Digital Performance Marketing Experience: Proven experience in digital performance marketing and search engine marketing is required.

Group Marketing Strategy and Brand Plans: Collaborate with divisions and sales teams to formulate marketing plans that align with the business strategy, enhance brand awareness, and drive demand.

Execute Group Marketing Strategy and Brand Plans: Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement marketing strategies and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Internal and External Communications and Marketing Automation: Ensure the effective communication of the marketing plan across the organisation, particularly to group executives and sales teams.

Manage Internal and External Communications: Supervise internal and external communications to maintain a cohesive messaging strategy.

Marketing Budget Development, Forecasting, and Management: Lead the creation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring adherence to approved budgets that align with divisional and brand objectives.

Oversee Marketing Events: Coordinate marketing events such as conferences, workshops, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Agency Relationships and Marketing Tech Licenses: Oversee relationships with external agencies and manage marketing technology licenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and effectiveness.

Marketing Data Management: Ensure effective management of marketing data to drive insights and inform decision-making.

Monthly Group Marketing Reports: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports on group marketing activities and performance metrics.

Lead and Manage the Marketing Team: Provide leadership and direction to a diverse marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.

Cultivate Stakeholder Relationships Across the Group: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.

Integrated Annual Report (IAR) and Corporate Affairs: Oversee and coordinate the IAR financial results project, including managing external agencies, costings, design, and copywriting. Collaborate with the company secretary, finance, HR, corporate social investment (CSI), and the group executive team to ensure effective investor communications.

Manage Sponsorships and Media Relations: Oversee media relations and manage external sponsorship initiatives to enhance brand visibility and strengthen community engagement.
