    Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant & Execution Specialist

     

    We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team at Listed Bank technology, driving business success in the banking sector. This role requires a deep understanding of banking operations, processes, and regulatory requirements, coupled with practical experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our technology infrastructure to support our banking services and improve customer experience, serving as a subject matter expert in banking processes, regulations, and best practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for seamless integration with existing banking systems and databases.
    • Provide guidance on aligning Dynamics 365 capabilities with business needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance user experience.
    • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users, promoting efficient data flow and system usage.
    • Develop integration strategies for Dynamics 365 with existing banking systems and databases to promote seamless data flow and efficiency.
    • Customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business requirements and enhance user experience, working closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Stay updated with the latest features and enhancements in Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business strategy.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) and Power Platform tools.
    • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 are a plus, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
    • Proven experience in banking operations and an understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and exceptional customer service.
