Role Summary:


The Senior Account Manager is a vital role within iNCO Creative, responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.

This individual will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Success in this position is demonstrated by strong client retention rates, increased account growth, and the ability to cultivate long-lasting relationship.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's needs and objectives, in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery of highquality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing clients with regular reports and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and crossselling, and work closely with the sales team to capitalise on these opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, answering queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help improve agency processes and offerings.
  • Mentor and support junior account management staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key client accounts, with demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas and strategies to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with both clients and internal teams.
  • Experience in analysing and interpreting marketing data to inform strategic decisionmaking and optimise campaign performance.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
  • A commitment to staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.


In this role, the Senior Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor and partner to clients, helping them achieve their marketing goals and driving growth for the agency.

Their ability to build strong relationships, develop effective marketing strategies, and manage projects efficiently will contribute significantly to the overall success of the organisation.
