    Join our dynamic team in KwaZulu-Natal as an Eskort Sales Account Executive!
    The primary objective of this position is to serve as the main liaison between the Company, its representatives, and its clientele.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Ensure existing clients receive the appropriate products, optimal market share, and visibility.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
    • BCom Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline is essential.
    • Diploma in Business, Marketing Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
    EXPERIENCE:
    • A minimum of two years proven experience as a Sales Account Executive.
    • Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships effectively.
    • A valid driver's license is required.
    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
    • Strong relationship management abilities and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
    • Capable of creating and delivering tailored presentations to meet audience needs.
    • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
    • Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    PERFORMANCE AREAS:1. Customer Engagement
    • Meet established sales goals and objectives within designated timelines.
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance sales efforts.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular visits to retail locations to strengthen customer relationships and expand the customer database.
    • Continuously identify new business opportunities.
    • Effectively present, promote, and sell products/services to both existing and potential customers.
    2. Sales Performance
    • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeframe.
    • Coordinate sales initiatives with team members and other departments.
    3. Reporting
    • Provide monthly performance reports, including insights on competitors.
    • Inform management about customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
    4. Additional Responsibilities
    • Participate in meetings as required.
    • Work collaboratively with Clover and Vector Sales/Merchandisers to enhance business performance.
    • Attend industry trade shows and marketing events as necessary.
