    Description

    Job Title: General Worker

    We are looking for hardworking and reliable general workers to assist in various tasks on a small construction site.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
    • Help skilled workers such as bricklayers, carpenters, and electricians.
    • Perform basic manual tasks such as digging, carrying, and site preparation.
    • Operate basic hand and power tools (under supervision).
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
    • Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
    • Assist in mixing cement, laying bricks, and basic plumbing or painting tasks as needed.
    • Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor.
    • Any other general duties assigned by the site manager or foreman.

    Requirements:

    • Experience: Prior experience in construction or similar labour-intensive work is an advantage but not required.
    • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to handle manual labour for extended periods.
    • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to 45 years old
    • Skills: Basic knowledge of construction task and materials.
    • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
    • Safety Awareness: Understanding of basic construction safety and willingness to comply with all safety regulations.
    • Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
    • Basic English language required

    Preferred:

    • Previous experience on a construction site.
    • Knowledge of basic masonry, carpentry, or plumbing.
    • Ability to operate small machinery (such as compactors or concrete mixers).
    • Driver's license (Code 8 or higher) is a plus.
