Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and bring new specs into the business consistently
- Manage clients on an ongoing basis
- Negotiate offers, coordinate the necessary checks and close the deal
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, company culture, and specific job requirements.
Offer insights and industry knowledge to clients, advising on market trends and talent strategies.
Promote job openings through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Nurture long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.
Market Research and Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Analyze market data to provide insights on talent availability and competitor analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification would be beneficial, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar recruiting role.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to facilitate successful job placements.
- Ability to work in a targetdriven and fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques.
- Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Resultoriented with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
For this role you will need a stable Wi-Fi/fibre connection as well as the infrastructure to work online during power outages.
Job Types:
Full-time, Commission
Salary:
R18,000.00 per month
