    Description

    Specialist, Management Information System

    Job Overview:

    This role is focused on providing reporting, insights, and analytics for a portfolio across multiple products and/or segments across the credit lifecycle. The purpose of this position is to inform business decision-making strategy formulation and enable the business to access and interpret reports and dashboards.

    The ideal candidate will have basic data and information lifecycle experience with some exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) technologies and practices. Good reporting skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, and/or SQL are preferred.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • To provide reporting, insights, and analytics for a portfolio across multiple products and/or segments across the credit lifecycle.
    • To drive the automation of relevant production reports to ensure efficiency and accuracy of reports.
    • To enable the business to access and interpret reports and dashboards.

    Key Skills:

    • Good reporting skills, including MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, and/or SQL.
    • Basic data and information lifecycle experience.
    • Exposure to BI technologies and practices.
