Short Term Insurance Brokers

Discovery Product Knowledge Essential

We are currently recruiting Short Term Insurance Brokers (Inbound and Outbound)


Remuneration Salary/Wage:
Basic + Commission.


Requirements:


  • Full Shortterm credits
  • RE 3/5 years short term insurance sales telephonically and outbound
  • They would need to have strong cold calling sales ability.
  • Ability to generate own leads would be an advantage.
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling short term products, Discovery preferable.

Responsibilities:


  • To contact clients and write clients up using Discovery Platform.
  • To Maintain Leads Tracker daily E.g., Calls made, Premium sold via our CRM platform
  • To ensure that all needs of the clients are met.
  • Monthly Target of R

  • Are you KPI driven?

Experience:


  • Shortterm call centre sales: 3 years (required)

Language:


  • Fluent English and Afrikaans (required)
