    Description

    Job Title: Integrated Solutions Manager

    This role ensures operational excellence in security monitoring and control room activities while supporting security technical projects by designing effective security infrastructure solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Security Operations & Control Room Management:
      • Oversee the Security CCTV Monitoring Centre and ensure the effective operation of surveillance systems.
      • Manage the Guarding Control Room, ensuring efficient deployment, book-ons, and escalation procedures.
      • Oversee the monitoring and escalation process for lone worker devices, ensuring staff safety protocols are followed.
      • Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and compliance frameworks to optimise control room operations.
    • Security Technology & Project Support:
      • Support security technical projects by designing and developing plans for CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and other smart AI-driven security solutions.
      • Work collaboratively with the Technical Manager and engineering teams to deliver integrated security solutions.
      • Conduct site assessments, risk evaluations, and system design recommendations for new and existing clients.
      • Stay up to date with emerging security technologies and industry best practices.
    • Leadership & Team Management:
      • Directly manage two key supervisors: one responsible for the Guarding Control Room and the other for CCTV Monitoring.
      • Provide leadership, training, and development to enhance team capabilities.
      • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing security control rooms, CCTV monitoring centres, or similar operations.
    • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, and AI-driven smart security solutions.
    • Experience in designing security system plans and supporting technical security projects.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and mentor employees.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound operational decisions.
