We are seeking a Project Manager : Facilities Management for a 6-month role (5 days a week) on a daily rate, based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Degree in Civil Eng / QS / relevant Built Environment
***:
-
8+ years exp in infrastructure / project management / facilities management of which at least 1 year must include exposure in infrastructure projects procurement

Registration as a PR Eng, QS or Architect advantageous

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:***-
Develop/Implement facilities management plans and implement maintenance plans
***:
-
Develop guidelines for planned / unplanned maintenance
***:
-
Implementation of refurbishment projects and monitor progress / conformance of maintenance projects
***:
-
Facilities management and infrastructure technical support
***:
-
Management reports relating to status, expenditure, variations / delays etc
***:
-
Ensure health / safety compliance
***:
-
Manage maintenance of security / cleaning services
***:
-
Develop / maintain panel of service providers and record of service cycles
***:
-
Securing a sustainable source of office energy
***:
-
Development of selected asset for ICT services
