Description
This magnificent five-star hotel in Cape Town offers extensive restaurant, function and banqueting facilities with a choice of cuisines from around the world.
With a large kitchen brigade of professional chefs, we are looking for additioanl PASTRY CDP's and DEMI CDP's to join the team in preparation for the upcoming international events and expected busy summer season starting as soon as August.
REQUIREMENTS:
Pastry Qualification or at least - 2 years hands-on training and experience in high-volume pastry kitchen.
Good with production of hot and cold DESSERTS as well as PASTRIES and ARTISAN BREADS
Good communication skills in English
Willing and adaptable to take instruction and work overtime hours when needed.
Shows initiative and a passion for this industry and a noticeable talent for PASTRY
Good attention to detail and willing to learn
