    Business Development Manager

    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to drive sales growth within their department.

    The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales team to develop strategic proposals, negotiate effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with clients and internal teams.
    • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license for extensive travel.
    • Fluency in Afrikaans and English languages.
    • Paint & Hardware experience is an added advantage.
