    Talent Specialist @ FNB SA | Driving Business Process Improvement

    We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Talent Specialist, responsible for implementing a program of technology projects to ensure that program goals are accomplished.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Java Developer who is passionate about driving business process improvement and has expertise in designing, creating, testing, and documenting new and enhanced applications and systems.

    About the Role

    • Advise on the design, creation, testing, and documentation of new and enhanced applications and systems in accordance with agreed framework of programming standards.
    • Write well-designed and efficient code for medium to large applications.
    • Work in small independent teams.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in System Design & Development methodologies, proficiency in Atlassian (i.e., JiRA) software suite, and a BSC Computer Sciences, BSC Informatics or related degree. Knowledge of other programming languages is advantageous.
