    Sales and Marketing Coordinator

    GlobeVest Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing industry.

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    Marketing:

    • Create and maintain content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
    • Design and produce marketing brochures for each development in collaboration with a designer.
    • Assist architects with final checks on marketing drawings.
    • Develop logos and 3D drawings for marketing purposes in collaboration with a designer.
    • Design and maintain flyers in conjunction with a designer, manage their distribution through our in-house team.
    • Develop and maintain lead generation campaigns for Facebook and Instagram in collaboration with a designer.
    • Design and maintain signboards for each development in collaboration with a designer.
    • Collaborate with a camera operator and editor to create videos.
    • Update and maintain commercial, industrial, and retail signboards in collaboration with a designer.
    • Create QR codes and maintain them.
    • Communicate with sales agents regarding the distribution of marketing materials and sales agreements, sample boards, and tiles.

    Sales and Conveyancing Assistance:

    • Create and maintain sales agreements for each development in collaboration with a conveyance attorney.
    • Prepare various annexure documents such as specifications lists, price lists, and repayment schedules.
    • Design and maintain sample boards for developments showcasing cupboard colors, handles, and tiles.
    • Maintain a list of finishes and upgrades for each development, ensuring timely execution on site.
    • Ensure invoices for extra upgrades are sent to clients and paid before occupation.
    • Distribute handover documents and info packs to new homeowners upon taking occupation.
    • Follow up with contractors regarding snags in units before handover.
    • Communicate with banks and clients to ensure building draw payments are made before occupation for building package agreements.

    Variations:

    • Develop presentations for banks.
    • Assist with creating architectural guidelines and annexures.
    • Help maintain websites.
    • Maintain a monthly vacancy schedule for commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
    • Design corporate branding materials such as desk pads and diaries.
    • Organize social events, launch functions, car draws, etc.
    • Create and print long service award certificates.

    Vyfhoek Shopping Centre – Potchefstroom:

    • Maintain website by updating store listings and site layout with logos.
    • Manage Facebook and advertising content.
    • Assist individual store owners with social media advertising and events.

    Requirements:

    • Matric certification.
    • Degree or diploma in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field.

    Experience and Skills Required:

    • Previous experience in a similar role.
    • Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
    • Understanding of marketing principles including branding, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and campaign management.
    • Able to analyze data from marketing campaigns and sales activities to identify trends and inform decision-making.
    • Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and graphic design software.
