Client Success Manager - Cape Town, South Africa - VA Central Ltd

In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting clients with portfolio management, reaching out to landlords, and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with landlords who are interested in expanding their portfolios. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and book appointments for portfolio management consultations.
- Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Booking Calls: Schedule and manage appointments for portfolio management consultations. Ensure that client inquiries are promptly addressed and appointments are efficiently managed.
- Cultivating a
Sales Pipeline:
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Track progress and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
- Brand Growth: Contribute to the growth of the brand by representing the company in a professional manner and delivering excellent service to clients. Actively promote the company's services and offerings to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling and sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain longterm relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- A genuine passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Hardware Requirements:
- Own computer or laptop minimum i5 processor
- ADSL/Fibre line with a minimum of 50 mbps line
- Headphones for use with our VOIP system
- Antivirus installed
- UPS/Backup battery for load shedding
Working Hours:
09:00 - 18:00 UK Time
