Property
Legal Advisor based in Johannesburg.

REQUIREMENTS:

-
Must have LLB degree:

-
Admitted Attorney with 5+ years strong landlord /
tenant litigation experience

Extensive MS Office
Excel skills:
Detailed knowledge of litigation process in South Africa (Magistrate Court and High Court).
Specialist knowledge in the
Law of Landlord and Tenant.
Knowledge of and experience in Business Rescue.
Knowledge of and experience in
Liquidations.

Salary:
R10, R43,519.60 per month
