What we are looking for


An exceptional vehicle sales specialist with a professional attitude and disposition; passionate about your customers and the cars you sell and the desire to work for a non-traditional dealership.

You must be willing to unlearn what you already know.


The role is supported by proprietary systems, workflows and support staff but you are ultimately responsible for the volume of the vehicles you sell.

You will be required to meet minimum monthly volume targets - both for vehicle sales and for positive customer reviews.

This is a high pressure role. If you cannot handle stress this role is not for you. That pressure is imposed by the need to service your customers properly, not by competition with your colleagues. Our structure and incentives are team-based, so there is no backstabbing to steal customers and commission.

We process high volumes quickly, so your admin needs to be fast and accurate.

This is not a traditional "Rolodex" car sales role - we bring the bulk of the leads (active buyers); you service those customers effectively and close.

We also have separate car preparation and aftersales functions.

All of this means you get to spend more time doing what you do best - dealing with real customers and providing great service.


Required Duties

  • Attend to filtered leads daily and ensure all leads receive immediate attentionCommunicate consistent brand messaging
Inform/educate customers' questions and overcome objections

  • Compilation and coordination of all necessary documentation for Cash and Finance Sales
  • Coordinate Sales, Finance, Trade in and Recon/Delivery with internal stakeholders
  • Finalisation of documentation/contract, coordination and filing
  • Identify and Flag risky transactions and communicate these to Compliance

Minimum requirements

  • At least 12 years in a sale environment with a proven track record in successful sales volumes and satisfied customers


  • Grade 1

  • Valid Driver's license (code 08) and own transport
  • English spoken and written
  • Applicants fluent in additional languages (Xhosa; Zulu; Afrikaans) would be given preference
  • Contactable references
  • No criminal record
