    Project Manager

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our environmental projects from initiation to completion.

    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage landscaping environmental projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, allocating resources and identifying potential risks.
    • Exercise cost control, understanding allowable costs and expenses.
    • Maintain compliance with regulations and reporting requirements, documenting necessary records.
    • Implement best practices and quality assurance procedures for optimal project efficiency and sustainability.
    • Foster teamwork and collaboration among site managers, promoting continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate field operations, including site assessments and monitoring activities, in compliance with construction regulations.
    • Oversee subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards.
    • Conduct regular project meetings and communications to provide updates and facilitate decision-making processes.
    • Track project progress and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture Sciences or related field.
    • At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in landscape project management.
    • Background in irrigation design and construction is essential; LIA or SABI qualification advantageous.
    • Proven experience working on large-scale, fast-paced projects.
    • Working knowledge of CAD and GIS software beneficial.
    • Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams and specialists.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of project management, sub-contractor management, OHSE, and cost control.
    • Strong project management skills, including project planning and team leadership.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft software, such as Planner, Excel, and Word.
    • A valid driver's license.
