    Description

    Job Title: Japanese Speaking Call Centre Agent

    A well-established hospitality client is seeking a skilled Japanese speaking Call Centre Agent to join their team in Johannesburg on a permanent basis.

    The ideal candidate will be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with two days off per week. This role requires flexibility to support the company's global market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Responsible for managing guest bookings and itineraries, ensuring seamless journeys.
    • Engage with clients on a national and international level via various platforms.
    • Drive continuous improvement of the guest journey by implementing new strategies and processes.

    Requirements:

    • Matric qualification or equivalent.
    • No less than one year of relevant experience in travel or hospitality in a call centre environment, with international exposure.
    • Proficient in Chinese and English languages.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in similar roles.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and Versonix Seaware is an advantage.

    • Guest Journey Management: Responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Global Sales Support: Engage with clients on a national and international level via various platforms.
    • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of the guest journey by implementing new strategies and processes.
