As a Talent Advisor, you will partner with hiring managers in our Sales & Marketing organisation to identify and recruit exceptional talent into our business across the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.

This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and can be located in Johannesburg, South Africa or Milton Keynes, UK.

What you will do

Provide talent market insights to hiring managers, and guide the recruitment strategy for identified positions
Network and maintain a strong pipeline of top talent from the industry
Manage offer negotiation activities and finalisation

Skills you have

Strong business and financial acumen
Highly effective communication (written and spoken) skills in English and native language
Demonstrated solution orientation and problem solving skills
Ability to influence stakeholders
Strong negotiation skills

Qualifications/Experience

Degree or equivalent qualification
5+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting, and talent selection
Preferred: Recruiting experience at a senior level within the Industrial Automation, Software Development and/or Services environments, with specific focus on industries such as Life Science, CPG, Heavy Industries, Cyber Security
