Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial markets.
Ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and investors.
Adept at managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a fastpaced environment.
