Job Purpose:

Job Objectives:

Creation, scoping and maintaining project plans and templates
Managing client expectations and maintain project timelines and deadlines
Steering internal and external meetings with project governance
Able to manage small to large scale company projects
Ability to manage project risk and mitigation plans
Ability to communicate with vision
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects within the business
Creation of reports for stakeholder meetings
Creation of Project packs and presentations

Education and Experience Requirements:

Desirable: Relevant National Diploma/ Degree
Scrum Master's exposure
Minimum of 510 years' experience in Technical Project Manager Role
Strong understanding of the contact centre industry

Job Knowledge and Skills Required:

Create and lead a team.
Teach Scrum Practices and Principles.
Plan, Develop and Monitor project progression
Solve issues that arise, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and set deadlines.
Establishing and implementing training processes for all technical personnel.
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for all staff members.
