    Job Title: Water Support Analyst

    We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Water Support Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, verifying and cleaning data from various sources to facilitate both internal and customer decision making.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Data Development and Extraction: Assist in the development of tools and extract data from primary and secondary sources.
    2. Data Quality Assurance: Remove corrupted data, fix errors and resolve related problems.
    3. Data Organization: Reorganize data in a readable format.
    4. Data Analysis: Perform analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data.
    5. Data Verification: Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct discrepancies.
    6. Trend Identification: Use statistical tools to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
    7. Trend Analysis: Analyze local, national and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry.
    8. Reporting: Prepare reports stating trends, patterns and predictions using relevant data.
    9. Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends.
    10. Metering Point Identification: Identify metering points to be audited by contractors.
    11. Field Activity Management: Manage field activities including invoicing.
    12. Revenue Assurance Workshops: Run Revenue Assurance Workshops and related meetings.
    13. Business Process Mapping: Conduct business process mapping.
    14. Contractor Guidance: Guide contractors with tampers and bypasses and other meter maintenance.
    15. Remote Support: Provide remote support to field activities.
