Bookkeeper
- Full bookkeeping function up to TB for various entities within the group
- Management reports
- Processing of General Ledger and reconciliation of cashbooks
- Intercompany invoicing
- Creditors
- Debtors
- Accounting up to Income statement
- Loading of payments on banking system
- Calculating and Preparing commissions sheets
- Managing Prepaid accounts on Balance Sheet
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Assisting finance manager where needed
Skills and Experiences
- Completed B.Com accounting degree or book keeping qualification
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Must be able to work on Microsoft office and Pastel
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical skills
- Deadline driven
