Bookkeeper

  • Full bookkeeping function up to TB for various entities within the group
  • Management reports
  • Processing of General Ledger and reconciliation of cashbooks
  • Intercompany invoicing
  • Creditors
  • Debtors
  • Accounting up to Income statement
  • Loading of payments on banking system
  • Calculating and Preparing commissions sheets
  • Managing Prepaid accounts on Balance Sheet
  • Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
  • Assisting finance manager where needed

Skills and Experiences

  • Completed B.Com accounting degree or book keeping qualification
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
  • Must be able to work on Microsoft office and Pastel
  • Advanced Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good analytical skills
  • Deadline driven
