    We're seeking a skilled Service Transition Manager to oversee the efficient handover of services from project delivery to operational support.

    In this critical role, you'll work closely with project teams, operations, and support departments to ensure a structured transition process that maintains exceptional service quality, minimizes risks, and delivers world-class customer support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Service Transition Planning: Develop comprehensive plans to cover all aspects of the transition, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
    2. Stakeholder Management: Engage key stakeholders to understand requirements and align transition activities to meet their expectations.
    3. Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all service transition activities, facilitating clear communication between teams.
    4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful transitions.
    5. Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and handed over to the operations team, including operational procedures and support guides.
    6. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to equip the operations team for success.
    7. Post-Transition Support: Provide hands-on support during the post-transition phase to ensure a seamless handover.
    8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the service transition process and implement industry best practices.
    9. Operationalising Products: Collaborate across functions to ensure new products are fully ready for operational use.
    10. Service Management: Ensure services meet agreed-upon performance and compliance standards.
    11. Customer Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the seamless onboarding of new customers and offboarding of existing ones, working closely with various teams.
    12. Maintain Document Libraries: Keep documentation organized, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Minimum 5 years of experience in service transition or a similar role within an MSP environment.
    3. Strong project management capabilities.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
    6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    7. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
    8. Experience with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
