WHAT YOU'LL DO


One of SAP's large customers has started their "RISE with SAP" transformation and tasked SAP to migrate their business systems to the cloud.

As part of this transformation, approximately 80 productive landscapes must be migrated to the infrastructure of Microsoft (Azure) and Amazon (AWS).

In parallel to the migration, the customer is also undergoing its SAP S/4HANA transformation to become a full Intelligent Enterprise.

In order to provide the right level of service; manage with the complexity and the specialties of the customer, a dedicated team is currently being established within Enterprise Cloud Services Region MEE to work solely on this customer.

The goal of this team is to operate the entire customer SAP landscape and drive innovation adoption.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
We are looking for a Junior Client Delivery Manager for one of our strategic customer accounts.

  • You will be responsible for building a solid customer relationship, driving endtoend customer engagement including commercial responsibility, managing overall project/program delivery according to planned scope, financial plan, and milestones.
  • You act as an ambassador by translating customer needs to our internal technical and operational teams and by explaining technical details to a nontechnical audience with our client. You will support, be supported and work closely within a virtual team of other Client Delivery Managers.
  • Additional responsibility for Business Support activities to support the CDE organization.
  • Generation of reports and dashboards using VBA and Power Automate would be an advantage. Driving continuous improvements within the team to ensure that we deliver services to the end customer.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate and escalate issues. Strongly focused on quality, customer success and driven by results. English language (advanced/fluent written & spoken) is used for all team and customer interactions
  • Good analytical and solutionoriented thinking, ability to own, support with and coordinate operational tasks, customer escalations, process improvements
  • Ability to work under pressure and constantly add value to customer and within organization
  • Knowledge of industry and standards and methodologies for operations (ITIL v3, CCoE, ITSM, TCO and E2E Operations / Run SAP, ALM). Interested in Cloud, HANA, and hybrid landscapes (both technical and architectural). Basic knowhow in SAP Technologies and Products (SAP certification highly beneficial). Having project management experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work effectively in international, crosscultural and virtual teams
