This is a newly created position as part of the growth and expansion of the Company.
You are accountable for the smooth running of the
Call Centre and the
Product Support Specialists.
Your
proven
leadership skills will enable you to build a strong and effective team.
To qualify:
You have a B Tech or a technical Diploma in Electronics or IT Field
3-5 years in
managing a team in a technical environment
Social skills and good interpersonal skills
The Job:
Provide training on the products internally and to customers
Prepare technical reports and ensure any problems received are timeously dealt with.
The position will best suit a person with a strong technical bend from the telecommunication / electronic environment/security products
