    Description

    RPO Recruitment's client is currently seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our client's team in Centurion. Our client, a reputable company in the manufacturing industry, is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while optimizing their production processes.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Analyze data and conduct tests to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
    • Participate in the selection and implementation of new equipment and technologies.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.
    • Train and mentor production personnel on process improvements and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in process engineering.
    • All documentation, facilities, process and qualifications to be weighed in accordance with OEM and NADCAP
    • Form part of the MFT for APQP (PFMEA)

    Requirements

    • B-Tech or B Eng (Mechanical or Chemical engineering)
    • Prior experience Years) in Surface treatment manufacturing processes, including processes such as chemical treatment and paint.
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.
    • Above average computer literacy
    • Proficiency in process optimization and improvement techniques.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
    • Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
