Job Title: Vehicle Admin Clerk

A rewarding opportunity available at a reputable vehicle dealership in Nelspruit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process vehicle sales and monitor stocked vehicles.
• Capture and maintain accurate vehicle stock data in the system, ensuring the safekeeping of vehicle keys.
• Handle orders efficiently, including raising, posting, authorizing, and timely invoicing.
• Oversee deal file management and perform floorplan reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile, manage, and recover vehicle debtors in a timely manner.
• Generate daily stock reports for the sales team to enhance decision-making.
• Process payments, transfers, and bank cheques with precision.
• Conduct weekly stock counts and perform general administrative tasks to maintain efficiency.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in costing or as an Admin Clerk within the automotive industry.
• Previous experience in a vehicle dealership environment, preferably with brands like Ford, Kia, or Mazda.
• In-depth knowledge of the motor industry is essential for success.
• A Grade 12 qualification is required.
• A clear criminal record is necessary for this position.
