Description

Cleaning and Sanitizing:


  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.

Maintenance Tasks:


  • Conduct routine inspections of office facilities to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
  • Report any damages, malfunctions, or needed repairs to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, or repairing furniture.

Supply Management:


  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.
  • Keep an organized inventory of cleaning and maintenance materials.

Security and Safety:


  • Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked after cleaning duties.
  • Report any security concerns or safety hazards to the relevant authorities.

Communication:


  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and address any specific cleaning or maintenance requirements.
