About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Career Builder. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become trained and skilled to perform the Financial Adviser role effectively and efficiently
• Masters assessments and meets minimum performance and production standards
• Meets production targets that impact overall company revenue goals
• Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Liberty tools and systems
• Develops a book of business consistent with Libertys standards
• Provides a high level of client service
• Manages the full scope of a client relationship by evaluating the clients financial needs, investment opportunities, and insurance needs

Requirements:

• Completed matric-related qualification in marketing, business, law, economics, investments, risk management etc
• Own Laptop
• At least 1year sales experience Advantageous
• Clear Credit rating
• No Criminal record

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
