RCL FOODS is on the hunt for a
Contracts Administrator to join our
Group Services Division in
Westville.


The successful incumbent will update contract pricing accurately in the respective ERP system and provide administrative support to the allocated Sourcing cluster.


Duties & Responsibilities:


Contract Administration
Administer contract monitoring, contract administration and compliance.

Upload contract pricing accurately on the respective ERP system.

Prepare regular reports on the status of contracts.

Determine the priorities, goals and objectives of work function assigned.

Monitor and provide information contract expiry and escalate near term or overdue contracts to the sourcing team.

Maintain SAP contract database as well as any other contract management system.

Prepare and mail communication regarding contract renewals or new contracts with the affect internal parties.

Provide daily reporting on Maverick Spend.

Assist with buyer queries and price variances.

- development.

Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of work are consistently and accurately maintained.


Inform relevant parties in the event of tasks or deadlines not met, the potential risks thereof and provide appropriate resolution.

Support and drive the business core values.

Manage colleagues and client's expectations and communicate appropriately.

Demonstrate willingness to help others and "go the extra mile" to meet team targets and objectives.

Provide champion training and development of self and others by utilizing g available training opportunities.

Participate in and drive regular performance appraisals and ensure that own targets and goals are clear and achievable.


General Administration
File and safeguard records within area of responsibility.

Compile _ad hoc _spreadsheets and analysis when required.


Minimum Requirements:

Matric with mathematics.

A Degree/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain

Minimum of 3 years buying administration or similar functional experience

Relevant SAP experience
