    Job Title:

    Donor Recruiter

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Donor Recruiter to join our team in Boksburg Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and educating blood donors, ensuring a sustainable and safe blood supply.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Participate in donor recruitment pilot studies and provide feedback on educational needs.
    2. Attend to donor queries and complaints, and report follow-up required.
    3. Deliver advertising material and arrange donor marketing functions.

    Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

    KPA 1: Customer Stakeholder

    1. Recruit and educate blood donors to meet collection targets.
    2. Maintain a safe and quality blood supply by highlighting risk behavior posters to donors.
    3. Welcome and put donors at ease to ensure a good donation experience.

    KPA 2: Internal Processes

    1. Recruit and educate blood donors to meet collection targets.
    2. Promote all campaigns to donors and provide feedback to the Donor Relations Practitioner.
    3. Assist with setting up and packing up of the blood drive, and ensure venue is left in good order.

    KPA 3: Learning and Growth

    1. Submit weekly donor recruitment report and make recommendations to improve performance.
    2. Update personnel file regularly and attend required meetings and training sessions.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Marketing/Public Relations Certificate (Minimum 6 months)
    • Driving Licence – Code B Manual
    • Computer literacy: MS Office
