About the Role

We are seeking a skilled People Delivery Specialist to join our client's team in Bloemfontein. This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a leading FMCG brand, shaping the workforce of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment of Staff: Advertising, Shortlisting, and Interviewing
Draft Remuneration Requests, Offer Letters, Contracts, and Other Documents Related to Hiring and Promotion
Maintenance of Attendance Registers and Payroll-Related Documents
Conduct Exit Interviews
Management of Supply Chain Graduate/Trainee Manager Programme
Succession Planning Activities
Weekly Productivity Reports and Presentations
Completion of Weekly/Monthly Reports (Recruitment Trackers, LTI Trackers, etc.)
Attending to Employee-Related Queries
Promoting Employee Engagement through Team Building, Mandela Day, Christmas, Long Service Awards, etc.
Overseeing Uniforms and PPE Issuance and Ordering
Conducting Weekly/Monthly Audits
Assisting the Divisional Training Delivery Partner with Training and Development Activities
Supporting Access Control
Managing IR/CCMA Matters
Executing Activities and Projects Related to the Greater People Plan

Requirements

Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Knowledge of Labour Law and Recruitment Techniques
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel)
Attention to Detail
Collaboration with Various Stakeholders
+3 Years' Experience in a Related Role
