    Description
    Dynamic Blue-collar Recruiter required for an exceptionally proficient organisation supporting a diverse range of established clients in a variety of sectors. Utilise your well-honed recruitment skills to source and place dynamic, value adding candidates to continue the service excellence the company is renowned for.

    Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment and selection of applicants.
    • Screening of applicants.
    • Conducting of interviews.
    • Conducting of various verification checks.
    • Processing applicant documentation.
    • Completion of full assignee onboarding packs.
    • Building and maintenance of a candidate database.
    • Constant communication with assignees/contracts managers.

    Minimum Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience in blue collar TES industry.
    • Strong administrative skills.
    • Computer literate – Advanced Microsoft packages.

    Remuneration and Benefits:
    • Commensurate with skills and experience.

    General:
    • The role is directly related to the recruitment and placement of temporary assignees and there may be a need to work overtime as and when required.
    • Working hours to be discussed at interview.
    • The successful applicant will be required to commence by 1 June 2024.
