As GAD, you will be responsible for building strong, strategic client relationships with a critical focus on growth/innovation, project management and long
- term business sustainability.


Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • General management and maintenance of clients and client portfolio
  • Add value strategically on all projects across the portfolio
  • Foster and build on new and existing longterm relationships
  • Challenge, addvalue and provide valuebased solutions to all clients
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption, where required
  • Draft and manage costing across client service team
  • Work together with creative team to challenge and deliver quality solutions
  • To represent the company and raise the company profile and share the agency's vision.
Financial Management

  • To set (with group management), drive and deliver annual revenue and profit targets
  • Effectively manage pipeline forecasting and ensure monthly revenue targets are met along with client service team
  • Maximise profit and revenue where possible across the portfolio
  • Ensure yearonyear growth in clients and revenue
  • To ensure all client reporting, proposals and invoicing are supplied and completed
  • To ensure monthly job recons are completed, analysed and shared with MD on a monthly basis
  • To assist all client service with costing and proposals when required.
Operation & HR Management

  • General weekly & monthly reporting to group management
  • To ensure responsible workflow management and ensure a high level of efficiency and maximising revenue (adjusting strategies where necessary to deliver optimal results)
  • Management of all daytoday CS team and individual issues (HR)
  • To develop best practice in client servicing and to run regular sessions with the client servicing team to share knowledge and experience
  • Lead the creative development process (write creative briefs and brief creative, evaluate creative concepts, challenge briefs where necessary)
  • Ensure correct skill set is recruited and a high level of output is maintained
  • Performance management of CS team members / individuals
  • Recruitment of CS team members / individuals if necessary
  • Be an inspirational leader that builds an agency team which consistently performs at a high standard fostering integration across agency disciplines and operating units, to ensure cohesive delivery.
Business Development

  • Continuous identification of potential business leads and develop opportunities within existing clients
  • Responsible for client profitability, and entire financial process
  • Acquire and continuously identify & create opportunities for new business
  • Lead the identification of proactive opportunities with future financial reward
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights
  • Key management of client service team and comprehensive pipeline planning.

Requirements:


  • Relevant qualification
  • 7+ years packaging or branding experience nonnegotiable
  • 2+ years in a GAD role
  • Analytical, critical, and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Commercial acumen
  • Innovative
  • Results and solutions orientated
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and influencing skills
  • Strong Internal and external presentation ability
  • Strong leadership & people management capabilities with a natural ability to inspire

  • Strategic, big brand experience, knowledge, and ability essential
  • Advertising agency experience essential
  • Professional and well presented
