Well established company based in Longmeadow Gauteng requires a Sales Product Tender Administrator with;

  • Grade 12
years working experience sales, tenders, product knowledge, procurement.

  • Strong computer literacy skills and if you have Goldmine or Macola this will be advantageous
  • Experience from the medical pharmaceutical retail industry
  • Manage and process quotations
  • Pricing and costing
  • Place all orders with Procurement Officer
  • Coordinate demos with sales reps
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned by the warehouse each demo
  • Control inventory of equipment and spare parts
  • Process all orders received from customer
  • Completion of tender documentation
  • Monthly reporting
  • Process all service / repair quotations
  • Place all orders with parts with the Procurement Officer
  • Follow up on outstanding orders
  • Work with Quality Management System
  • Assist accounts department with any general administration
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Organisation is of utmost importance.
  • High attention to detail

Salary:
R18, R25,000.00 per month


Experience:


  • Goldmine: 2 years (preferred)
  • Macola: 2 years (preferred)
