Senior Alcoholic Beverages Application Specialist

Purpose

Core Responsibilities
Flavour Application - Alcoholic Beverages

Knowledge sharing & expertise
You will actively seek out knowledge and skills within the beverage sector
You will collaborate, coach, train, and motivate technicians and technologists

Data maintenance
Actively maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles

Environmental Health & Safety
Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines

Academic Background
Polytechnic or B.S. in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology or
Master's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology

Professional Experience
Demonstrated understanding of many of the flavour reactions/interactions in common food products & beverages
Strong track record of effective project management skills and the ability to successfully lead selected customer projects
Experience effectively leading and participating within customer projects including customer visits
Ability to translate market trends into innovative products
Ability effectively instruct technicians and technologists
