Cullinan Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Destination Product and Systems Trainer to join our team in Johannesburg.

In this role, the Product and Systems Trainer will be responsible for:

Designing and delivering training programs for new and existing staff
Conducting training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps
Developing training materials, including manuals, and presentations
Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to ensure understanding and retention of information
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary adjustments
Staying uptodate with industry trends, new technologies, and system updates
Providing feedback throughout the training process

Requirements:

A minimum of 35 years of experience as a trainer, preferably in the travel industry
Travelled Internationally and Domestically
Strong knowledge of travel products and systems
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learners
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Team Player with a positive attitude
