    Description

    Product Support Specialist

    We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Product Support Specialist to join our team at {company}. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing top-notch technical support, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize your extensive knowledge of diesel/earthmoving or forklift mechanical trade to provide technical support to customers
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers
    • Effectively manage administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and meet business requirements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and product support, preferably in a senior-level role
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting budget requirements
    • Strong technical knowledge of diesel/earthmoving or forklift mechanical trade
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

    Preferred Skills:

    • Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Valid driver's license for long-distance travel
    • Clean criminal and credit record (subject to verification)

    Working Conditions:

    • Must be willing to work overtime and standby as required
    • Long-distance travel may be necessary from time to time

    Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards and the level of expertise required for this role.
