    Description

    High-Performance Recruitment Specialist Wanted

    Raizcorp is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to lead our People Practices team.

    About the Role

    • A results-driven individual who excels in metrics-based environments will thrive in this position.
    • The successful candidate will manage high-volume recruitment with precision, maintaining patience and composure under pressure.
    • Strong understanding of internal and external recruitment processes is essential for success.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Simplify.hr, is mandatory.
    • Proficiency in Excel for detailed monthly reporting is required.
    • Candidates should be able to conduct effective telephonic/virtual interviews.
    • The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with senior management, including the CEO and Head of People Practices.
    • This role is office-based with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM; punctuality is crucial.

    Requirements

    • A minimum Grade 12 qualification is necessary.
    • A degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management is beneficial but not compulsory.
    • The successful candidate must possess their own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
