BCom Degree (Optional) Minimum Experience Required
Minimum 5 years short term insurance experience
Minimum 3 years Claims experience
Minimum 2 years Call Miner experience Essential Requirements and Exprience
Claims experience
Knowledge of different skillsets & subdepartments
Great understanding of claims processes & procedures
CallMiner experience
Excellent knowledge in Excel
Pivot tables, Formula functions & Formatting
Selfdisciplined
Selfmotivated
Organized
Analytical
Problem solving skills and solution oriented
Ability to multitask and cope with pressure
Attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills
More than one language (English and Afrikaans a must, Vernacular an advantage)
Time Management
Works well under pressure
Great people skills
As they will manage the team
Train on new scores etc.
Comfortable speaking with Higher management
