    Job Title: Events Coordinator

    Purpose of the Role

    The Events Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating memorable and impactful events that align with the company's objectives and brand values.

    This position ensures seamless event experiences by managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and achieve strategic goals.

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Annual In-store Retail Marketing Plan: Develop a comprehensive retail calendar detailing all in-store activities planned for relevant store groups.
    2. Liaise with Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to create and execute retail marketing initiatives.
    3. Book and manage in-store and event space to execute the retail calendar.
    4. Ensure sign-off of projects with Marketing Manager from a budgetary perspective.
    5. Retail and Retail Events: Drive the briefing process for visual execution and customer journey of each retail event.
    6. Follow projects through to execution, delivery, and review to ensure ROI.
    7. Collate launch activity and synchronize communication to optimize key product launches throughout the year.

    Brand Budget Management

    1. Ensure Return on Investment (ROI) for all retail plan initiatives.
    2. Maintain accurate budget reporting and GL codes.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Management

    1. Work closely with Marketing Manager to progress retail calendar, priorities, and initiatives.
    2. Foster good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    3. Responsible for own personal development plan and ensure behavior aligns to brand standards and company culture.

    Requirements/Qualifications

    1. 2 years retail experience
    2. 2 years eventing experience
    3. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    4. Business degree advantageous
    5. Cosmetics/Retail/Luxury experience advantageous
