    Job Opportunity: Operations Manager – Premier Hospitality Group

    Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg

    We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 5 upmarket restaurants. This is a leadership role that requires strong financial management skills and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

    Salary: R45,000 – R60,000 per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including financial management, inventory control, and vendor relations.
    • Lead and motivate staff to ensure high standards of service delivery.
    • Optimize processes and procedures to maintain quality control and seamless operations.
    • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to enhance operational success.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Certification in Food Safety and Sanitation.
    • Leadership, management, and financial certifications are advantageous.
    • Experience with inventory and supply chain systems.
