Job Description:
- Bad Debt Recovery
- Assist with liaising with Banks regarding unidentified / unallocated payments
- Facilitation of Writeoffs
- Identification and assist with account & client disputes
- Distribution of Client Statements & Invoices
- Investigate and resolve enquiries regarding unpaid invoices
- Travel Bookings for NR (Accom/travel etc)
- NR Petty Cash
- Processing of Credit Notes (adhoc basis about once a month)
Qualifications:
Education
- Minimum of Matric.
Experience
- Accounting background
- Finance system knowledge
