Job Description:


  • Bad Debt Recovery
  • Assist with liaising with Banks regarding unidentified / unallocated payments
  • Facilitation of Writeoffs
  • Identification and assist with account & client disputes
  • Distribution of Client Statements & Invoices
  • Investigate and resolve enquiries regarding unpaid invoices
  • Travel Bookings for NR (Accom/travel etc)
  • NR Petty Cash
  • Processing of Credit Notes (adhoc basis about once a month)

Qualifications:


Education

  • Minimum of Matric.

Experience

  • Accounting background
  • Finance system knowledge
