  • Ensure customer satisfaction and always provide professional customer support.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times responding promptly to customer inquiries and requesting delivery schedules.
  • Monthly Consumable Deliveries / Suspensions
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints on servicerelated issues, resolving customer accounts queries due to nonservices.
  • Customer site surveys to be conducted.
  • Knowing products to answer questions and to generate sales leads for communicating and coordinating with internal departments to resolve customer complaints/inquiries.
  • Provide weekly feedback on client visits and complaints handling.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Grade 1
  • Tertiary qualification in or studying towards Communication / Business Administration will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer care or similar environment
