At RPO Recruitment, we are currently seeking a Junior Internal Auditor to join our client's team.

As a Junior Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the execution of internal audit engagements and contribute to the continuous improvement of our clients' risk assessment processes and overall internal control environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Perform testing and documentation of audit workpapers.
Assist in performing risk assessments and identifying control deficiencies.
Collaborate with senior auditors to develop audit programs and testing procedures.
Assist in preparing clear and concise audit findings and recommendations.
Follow up on the implementation of management action plans to address audit findings.
Stay uptodate with industry best practices and evolving audit standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or a related field.
Knowledge of internal control concepts and techniques.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Professional certification such as CIA or CPA is a plus.
